This role is ideal for a creative thinking, data-driven marketer with expertise in building and optimizing email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and marketing workflows within Pardot (Account Engagement). Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess additional tactical skills in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize Pardot (Account Engagement) email campaigns including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Manage lead scoring, lead nurturing, and engagement programs to enhance conversion rates. Ensure Pardot (Account Engagement) and Salesforce alignment, including lead tracking, campaign attribution, and reporting. Create dynamic and responsive email templates that follow best practices for deliverability and engagement. Monitor email campaign performance and implement improvements based on analytics. Implement and manage landing pages, forms, and marketing automation workflows. Understand and manage Pardot (Account Engagement) campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and tracking. Create and optimize Pardot (Account Engagement) forms to improve lead capture and engagement. Collaborate with digital marketing teams on SEO, content marketing, and paid media initiatives. Comfortable with the use of AI in creating sales enablement campaigns Stay up to date with Pardot (Account Engagement) updates, email marketing trends, and digital marketing best practices. Provide insights on website performance, user experience, and optimization strategies (if applicable). Qualifications & Experience: 7+ years of experience working with Pardot (Account Engagement), including automation, segmentation, and analytics. Pardot (Account Engagement) Certification (preferred) Marketing, Advertising, Communications Background required Proficiency in email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Experience integrating Pardot (Account Engagement) with Salesforce CRM. Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies. Additional experience in either website management (WordPress, CMS), Google Ads, or general digital marketing tactics. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template creation is a plus.
