We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in private and public works construction projects , supporting project managers in planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation .
• Support budget tracking, cost analysis, and procurement processes .
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain and update project records, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Utilize construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project) to track project metrics.
• Prepare reports and presentations for project updates.
• Work primarily on-site at project locations (80%) , with periodic office-based duties at headquarters (20%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Prior internship or coursework in construction management is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish).
