Entry Level Project Manager 1

We’re looking for a Project Manager 1 to assist our Senior Project Managers and Directors in driving projects from concept to completion. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and enjoy working with cross-functional teams — this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to person for day-to-day execution of projects for key customers.
Communicate clearly and proactively with clients to deliver value-added service and build strong relationships.
Prepare cost estimates, establish project budgets, and source competitive bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage project timelines, track milestones, and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and budget goals.
Coordinate across teams — including Estimating, Engineering, Production, and Logistics — to ensure smooth project flow.
Learn and implement client-specific brand and quality standards.
Continuously improve processes and contribute to internal project management initiatives.
Work toward advancing into a Project Manager 2 role through hands-on learning and mentorship.
What You Bring:
A 4-year degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field — or equivalent professional experience.
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel or Access experience is a plus).
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
