Job Description We are seeking a General Manager of Golf who will oversee all golf operations at the location. The ideal candidate is charismatic, people-oriented, proficient with golf simulators and equipment, and capable of driving revenue through memberships, game improvement, and leagues. The General Manager reports directly to the National Director of Golf. Responsibilities include: Hiring, managing, and training golf staff, including Assistant General Manager of Performance Managing P&L for golf-specific and retail offerings, achieving revenue targets Collaborating with the Director of Instruction to meet lesson and fitting revenue goals Setting and maintaining service standards for golf staff Evaluating staff performance and ensuring customer satisfaction Building community relationships and fostering loyalty Ensuring guests' enjoyment and addressing concerns promptly Maintaining golf simulator technology and equipment Managing inventory of golf equipment and demo clubs Knowledge of products and services to confidently sell and cross-sell Growing the membership community through events and partnerships Communicating needs to corporate leadership Providing excellent account services from onboarding to termination Maintaining knowledge of F&B offerings and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Required Qualifications: Passion for golf 5+ years of hospitality, golf, or sports management experience (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with swing analysis and launch monitor technology Positive attitude and enthusiasm Ability to manage customer expectations and work in a fast-paced environment Availability during high-value times Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and navigate stairs Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision insurance Disability insurance 401(k) Free meals during shifts Salary: $75,000 - $78,000 plus bonus ($15,600/year), with additional earnings from lessons and clubfitting, and incentive bonuses based on performance.
