Your Role:

As a PTA, you will play a vital role in providing Physical Therapy services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation of therapy services.
• Documenting patient care in accordance with established guidelines.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members regarding treatment interventions.

Qualifications:

• Ability to carry out treatment plans as designed by the supervising therapist.
• Ability to document daily care as per established guidelines.
• Effective communication skills to relay treatment responses to residents, families, and team members.

Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification for P.T.A.
• Current state licensure or license eligibility.
• 0-3 years of long-term care experience.
